Data Deletion

The public website currently creates no account and stores no event or Guest list. You can still ask us to delete information you deliberately sent in a conversation.
Send your request
Email dev@tawasul.ai with the subject “Tawasul data deletion”. Send the request from the address associated with your conversation when possible. Identify the channel you used and provide only enough information for us to locate it. Do not include a Guest list, invitation link, access code, password, or payment details.
Facebook and Instagram connections
You may remove Tawasul from the relevant Facebook or Instagram account settings to stop future platform access. To request deletion of information already sent to Tawasul, complete the email step above and identify the relevant profile or conversation.
Verification and completion
We may ask for proportionate verification so that one person cannot erase another person's information. Once verified, we delete or de-identify the information in active systems without undue delay, except for a limited record that must be retained for security, dispute handling, or an applicable obligation. We confirm completion through the request channel.
