The public website

The public website does not create an account, place advertising or analytics cookies, or store an event or guest list. Our infrastructure may process ordinary request information, such as an IP address, request time, requested page, and browser details, only to deliver and protect the website.

Information you choose to send

If you contact Tawasul through email, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, or another linked service, we receive the profile or contact details, message content, and conversation information that you choose to provide. We use it to answer you, understand the service you are considering, protect the conversation, and meet applicable obligations.

Opening a linked service does not send a message. You review and send it yourself under that service's own privacy terms.

Event and Guest information

The public website does not collect a Guest list. Before Tawasul accepts real event or Guest information through a production service, the relevant collection notice, purpose, access, retention, and deletion controls must be presented at that point.

Sharing and sale

We use infrastructure and communications providers only as needed to operate the website and the channel you select. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising profiles.

Retention and security

We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose described, security, dispute handling, or an applicable obligation, then delete or de-identify it. No internet service can promise absolute security, but access is limited to the people and providers needed for the task.

Your choices

You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you sent by emailing dev@tawasul.ai. Data deletion instructions are available on the dedicated Data Deletion page. We may verify that a request concerns you before acting on it.

Children and international providers

Tawasul is not directed to children. Infrastructure and communications providers may process information outside Kuwait under their own safeguards and terms.
